Overall it was good. The ship was very rough not sure if we was going to fast or the wind or what it was but people were falling over in the dining area

It’s was not organized at all. We went to the universe lounge and then we sat there for 45 minutes or longer and then we all had to go to a different floor and wait to get off. It should have not been that difficult with everyone trying to carry there luggage all around the ship everyone should have been told what floor to exit and that be it
