Review summary

We really enjoyed our cruise overall. Carnival did an amazing job for NYE celebration with free champagne and a balloon drop. The free party favors were a huge bonus too.

main dining was good but, not always hot. Buffets were always good and hot. Loved the burgers and pizza oh and the ice cream..

Onboard Activities

need more activities but, it is a smaller ship. Wish there was an adult hot tub though...the kids dominated both hot tubs the entire time

Entertainment

the clubs on deck 9 were smoking areas and so my husband and I had to avoid them. We were sad because we missed several shows, singing and karoke due to the smoke.

Eugene did an awesome job as our steward taking care of us, our room was always clean and we always had ice waiting on us.

We had a king bed and it was very comfortable. The size was good for 2 people..the bathroom could use a little TLC...

Ship tip

Bring non drowsy dramamine and emergency C packs. Preorder water and couple of bottle of alcohol to be delivered to your room...cheaper than cheers packages.

the Mayan ruin tour was amazing to Uxmal. Our tour guides did an amazing job ...bus ride was 1 1/2 hours both ways so take a backpack with water and snacks.
