To sum it up our cabin was not cleaned at all, wonder if bedding was changed. My son got chemical burns the last day, tried to talk to staff about it, no one seemed to care and our luggage was destroyed. So a very unhappy cruiser.....

Luggage was destroyed, one suitcase was about 5 inches unzipped and clothes hanging out, a brand new flip flop never worn was missing (just one of them, probably fell out). I had just purchased another suitcase the day before, a hard case it was banged up and had tons of scuff marks on it, some of which I expect, My other large suitcase had the entire handle that pulls up and casing broke off, and entire side of suitcase torn all the way down. The 2 brackets that hold down the top handle were also ripped out. Customer service came to the room and cleaned the one suitcase with some kind of chemical and the other one he said to take home and have it repaired and send in receipt within 20 days and I would be reimbursed , the problem with that is It was so destroyed I couldn't pull my luggage back home, So the customer service man brought us a very cheap replacement that did not hold all of the clothes and did not match my expensive Ralph Loren set. I understand they are in a hurry but my luggage was completely destroyed, we cruise frequently and have never had this issue. The customer service man was not very friendly......

on last day my son who had been in hot tub previously went in the last day and ran out complaining he was on fire, he immediatly took a shower, woke up next morning the debarkation day and he was still burning, after getting home he was unable to wear clothes or go to school, we ended up taking to the dr 2 times and the end result was a chemical burn. He was completely head to toe covered in red skin.

Upon arriving to our cabin we noticed immediately the crumbs all over the table, and also the crumbs and dust around both of the pull down beds. when entering the bathroom to put away our bathroom things I immediately saw "poop" all over the toilet seat, I called house keeping 2 diff times and 4 hours later they finally came and cleaned it, I went ahead and cleaned up the counter and around beds so we could put our things out.

We love to cruise and have never had these issues, We usually go Royal Caribbean and Carnival a few times, I guess we need to stick with Royal Caribbean.....

When you say your cabin was not cleaned at all, do you mean the whole cruise or just the first day? If just the first day it often is the case if you go to your cabin befaore the announcement that the cabins are ready for occupancy. They are usually still cleaning till 3 pm or so but your key will open the door even though the cabin is still dirty. It's happened to me. Not the stewards fault just us eager passengers'.
