What a wonderful way to bring in the next chapter of our life. Our 1st cruise of what we hope to be many more. We did it all - we took a nap on the lido deck; sang Karaoke; dressed for the prom and had pictures taken; ate pizza and ice cream at midnight; we ate Guys burgers; sat in the hot tub; did the morning stretch and yoga with Troy; Country Line danced; watched sunrise and sunset from the open decks; explored Mayan ruins;. snorkeled in Cozumel An event we will never forget. Thank you all.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

The food we great - both the buffets, at Sea Brunch and the formal evening dinners. Really enjoyed the "celebration" dancing during our evening dinner gathering. The wait staff all was very friendly. Really liked the fact that you all were aware of my husbands birthday without my having to say something.
Onboard Activities

Most of our evening time was spent with the shows, casino, singing with "Just In Time" in the Atrium area and going to Karaoke.
Thank you for presetting a time for "Friends of Bill W" - It was very much appreciated. When we cruise again, we'll move over to a corner of the library for the meeting, We had non-program members come and sit with us. A little uncomfortable.
We went to Karaoke every night. Really enjoyed every one's contribution. My husband even got up once.
Entertainment

We made it to the British Invasion - Really enjoyed the show - Finding a good seat, were there wasn't a post, or someone walking over you was a little annoying, but once the show began they either settled down or we just chose to ignore them.
Children's Programs

Only attended a game show once - No real comments.

Thanks for decorating our room for my husbands 60th birthday. It warmed his heart. Thank you for taking care of our room. Also, thank you for taking extra care of my oxygen tank.

It was just right - we brought too many cloths (1st time cruisers) - Really enjoyed having a window. Enjoyed the rocking motion at night. Loved the towel animals and the turn down service
Ship tip
Use the Carnival Excursions - Eliminates the worry and guess work. These folks take you under their wing and bring you back to the pier on time.
Have bags ready to go - Mobile car unloading moves very fast (they got it going on)- our suits were still hanging in the car - had to put in suitcase -
If you go on the Discovery Tour of the Mayan Ruins, hope you meet Cruz. His passion for his culture will pull you in as you become part of the "family".
Wanted to try a local excursion company to compare. Did the Boat Snorkel Tour. All the guides were great. We were the only 2 people from our ship of 2,500. A little concerned when we were put into a taxi and taken downtown not knowing where to go. Also worried about making it back to the boat on time. They actually put us in a taxi and sent us back from Playa Mia.
