Review summary

I was not impressed with the ship at all. I waited 30 years to go on a cruise and I ended up disappointed. But as a Virgin crusier I guess you live and learn.

Ship tip

Ship is too small for the amount of people on board. Pool is way too small. Should have had an adult pool only. Too many days at sea in a row.

Too much time at this port. Was told to pretty much stay on the ship after 5 pm due to the dangers of being in Nassau after 5PM.

Ok, it's time for me to put the cork back in the bottle. Happy cruising!

Tia will be our second out of 8 cruises on the Fantasy, also on the 19th. Just another adventure in paradise ( oh been on the Paradise to). I LOVE CRUISING🚢🌴🐬☀️🍤

That's a shame. The fantasy was my first cruise back in January and i'm hooked. What didn't you like?

Agree with Rodneysblue! Try another ship and consider each an adventure. Also... Consider the ports too. It's the complete package!

I personally find each ship I cruise on to be an adventure, each one offering something different.

The fantasy is the oldest and smallest in the carnival fleet. I can understand you not being impressed with her, when all the advertising is done which the newer larger ship in the cruise industry. Maybe the newly rebuilt Sunshine our the Dream class ships would be more to your liking. Check the web to find out more about any ships you might be interested in before booking your next cruise.

You also went on the oldest ship in the fleet. The newer ships are much more up to date and modern. A lot more to do on bigger ships! Don't let this one time ruin it for you! I went on the ecstasy for my first carnival cruise after 3 Disney cruises and I hated it. Now that I've been on 4 other carnival ships I love it!
