Food and Dining

Hats off to the chef, the Imagination Restaurant had phenomenal food every night! The menu was never the same and the staff went above and beyond. I wish I could remember more of their names, but one of our servers, Chris, was definitely one to remember! He made the entire experience so much fun with performances, jokes, and his overall personality! The only thing I was disappointed in where the drinks. The quality was great but we live in the mountains (7,500ft). So even with a max of 15 drinks a day, we didn't feel that much of a buzz due to being at sea level. Just something to keep in mind if you live in a higher elevation.

Onboard Activities

I had mixed feelings on the comedy club. The PG shows were a bit disappointing, but the 18+ shows were enjoyable. You just have to be ok with the F bomb every 5 seconds.

Entertainment

All the music was enjoyable! I loved the diversity- piano bar, electronic violin, country, rock, oldies, pop, club music. There was definitely something for everyone.

Service and Staff

Man, I can not get over how sweet and friendly our room steward, Madi, was! Everytime we ran into him, he'd call us by our names and asked if he could help with anything. I know that seems like a little thing, but when you consider how many people where on that floor, that's impressive! He really made us feel welcomed!

Ship Quality

I know I've used this word a lot, but again, I was impressed! Even with 3,000ish people, I hardly ever saw a dirty table or dishes left out.

Cabin / Stateroom

I had requested 2 twins but received a king. It wasn't a big deal because there was also a murphy bed we ended up using. However, my friends who had more people in their room also requested 2 twins and ended up with a king.

Ship tip

If you live in higher elevation, it takes a TON of drinks to get a buzz. I really struggled with paying as much as I did on drinks due to that.

We went snorkeling. It would have been a great time if it wasn't for the weather- cold, cloudy, and super windy. The waves were so crazy that day, half our boat (around 15 people) were throwing up during the trip. However, I'd say it was still worth it, especially after seeing all the sharks on the last part!

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

BY FAR THE BEST PART OF THE TRIP!!! I highly recommend paying the $20ish dollars to go to the beach (that's about the cost of the van ride and beach entrance). The waters were so clear, and if you wanted to rent out a kayak or paddleboard, you just had to put a deposit of $5 down which you'd get back in full after returning it. They also had jet skis available, volleyball, and lots of places to eat and drink. I'd go back just to hit up that beach again! I think the beach was called Taino.
