I Ketut was our Steward, and he was FABULOUS, always had a smile for us, always pleasant and polite. We absolutely adored him. Hope to see him next year.

Common area were clean and we'll maintained. Anytime someone was working in them, they would always speak and make sure that we were well attended too.
