Review summary

Crews are very nice and respectful especially the waiters and room stewards, overall is not a bad experience except for the USB/pictures package that I got. Do not get me wrong because Whayu is a very good photographer and very accommodating, I just wish that whoever downloaded the pictures on the USB checked it first before it was given to the customer. This is a very expensive package. I am a very disappointed.

I purchased a pro pictures package and when I got home & tried to upload it, images were missing and/or half downloaded. I am a very dissatisfied customer due to the fact that this is a very expensive package. I am requesting for a complete refund.
