For our first time cruise I was very disappointed. It was not what all my friend told me it would be. I am hopeful it was just a mistake this one time. Not sure if cruise is for me.

It was horrific. We kept being turned away from the port and told different times to return. We waited forever. Then when we got ok the ship 7 hours late we did not get our luggage for our kids to go to seep until about 1:30 am. It was beyond ridiculous.

The ice cream machines were not working until the very last day. We loved 007 and our waitress Lejia and the magician that comes to our table was terrific. His name was Suraj. We loved formal dining.
The buffet was ok but sometimes many things were not working and here was construction people everywhere and wet paint.
Onboard Activities

We loved Kevin Donahue. He went above and beyond to make everyone have a great time. We loved the adult game night and all the shows.
Down side. The pool was closed a few times. The minature Golf was not opened until the last two days. My kids were very disappointed.

Some wonderful mentions of people who made our stay wonderful was Kevin, Maple, BK,007, Surja, and Lejia.
Our person over our room we never saw the whole time we were there. We had to ask for towels. And the kids beds were never made.

Our air conditioner did not blow. Someone came and declared it fixed and it NEVER was. Horrible to sleep in a small space that is hot
Our drain would not drain well and we would have water standing
We had to ask for towels and my kids beds were never made.
The men at the beginning trying to take our luggage were rude and mean and scary. They pretty much threatened us. Horrible. Also times were all over the place.
