Review summary

Customer service was horrible. The food was horrible, and the ship was old and rusty. This shop needs a complete overhaul. Evertyhing was horrible. There is not much good that I can say about it. I have been on other cruises and this one I do not even want to remember.

Gee... it is too bad that did not go on the Elation, on April 27th... as the 1,000's of others that did. They had a GREAT time...

It is having a major overhaul I August. Already redoing Stateroom deck 4 renovations now. New restaurants coming. New pool. New waterworks. Etc

The Elation is going into dry dock in August to get redone.

Wow, I have been on the Elation twice and everything was nice. Actually, I had my first cruise on the Elation out of New Orleans and it was great. The truth is it's not a newer or bigger ship; but, the service was good. Now, my husband and I are cruising twice a year mainly with Carnival.

Have always loved the Elation. Thought the staff was awesome, food good and ship very clean. Best casino staff Carnival has to offer.

I guess that proves how differently people we things. We enjoyed the Elation. Wasn't the newest or largest ship but we had a great time and enjoyed the food...
