Wa were over charged I am not happy about it we were charged twice for the same message are talking to 3 different staff members I still have nothing fixed

That happens to us every single time. We pay for our excursions and spa weeks before we set sail. We never give Carnival sail & sign our cc info. Instead, we buy cruise cash for the max of $500 and when they charge it twice, we go down and they credit our sail & sign card. We have it down to a science now after 5 cruises. Their system needs tweeking, no doubt about that. Don't let it ruin your cruise though. Everything gets corrected, just have a little patience and a cocktail. ;)
