Review summary

the cruise was awesome a little to much walking but it is a big ship the elevators are really slow the shows were great most of the staff are really friendly and helpful there is not much to do on the island that you can walk to you have to pay to get any where and in Nassau the taxi people are very persistent on them being the ones to take you ant where they will follow you and just keep on saying I take you just make sure you get down early to the place that has guided tours on the ship that is your best bet cause what ever you are wanting to do they can get you there and you will enjoy your day a lot better dealing with them instead of the people on the islands

the room was great the bathroom wasn't fat people friendly every night they turn down your bed and leave a animal shaped towel on one of the beds they are very talented I always looked forward to seeing what animal was going to be there you never have to worry about clean towels or making up your bed or even cleaning your room but don't just leave it mess because they work very hard and don't deserve that

Ship tip

in Nassau make sure the taxi driver named sexy Mary takes you to the t-shirt store they change colors when you get them in the sun and they are only 12.00 dollars and everyone had a fit over them

Ports of call

Jacksonville, Florida Did not visit port

didn't see much of it I just went straight to the ship

I was on the 11 day journeys cruise and it was amazing! The food was awesome, and the staff were wonderful! Don't believe the negativity! I felt blessed the entire time to be able to be pampered and spoiled by Carnival and the staff!

I don't understand how anyone can take a cruise and not have a good time. Rather it be the smallest ship or the biggest in the fleet. Kick back....relax.....drink...eat....enjoy being pampered and live it up!! Cheers

I have been hearing a lot of bad about this ship. It's my first cruise, I'm looking forward to sailing on her. I hope it's a good cruise.

Lol ricca2u that's what I was thinking, it is far from a big ship......Enjoy your cruise ;)

If they have never been on a ship, I can understand the original post thinking it is big. The main thing is that they enjoyed the cruise.

This is the first time I ever saw anybody say that the Elation is a big ship! (Being that it's one of the smaller ships)..... Anyway, 15 days until I sail on her!
