I've cruised with Carnival approximatelyfive times. Thie food for the most part was at best "ok". We ate all meals in the Lido Resturant. All "meats" were tough and tastless. Too "well done". The onlt meat that woul have been great was the prime rib. It seemed as if the resturant was trying to serve all 2700 guest with one prime rib. We asked for more, but each time we got "Paper Thin" slices. The "Flat iron skillet" steak was terrible. Tough as leather, needed a sharpe knife if we could have eaten this steak. It looked great. Also, as we entered the buffett there were two pole signs. These made it very hard to get a tray.

The best in every way other than one lady at the crap table. Did not get her name. Very nice looking, very seldom smiled, but was short with everyone. She was in charge of the table each time on her shift. This happened each time I played this table. Before too long all players would quit one by one. Once she was gone, I would return. The other employees on the table were great. I think her authority has gone to her head. Seems she forgot the guest were guest.
