Review summary

This was my 2nd Cruise an my wife 3rd cruise. I was "learning how to cruise" as my wife would say. We had a blast. Although a short but fun cruise! I would and will do it again. Thanks you Carnival!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We drove and parked in the parking garage. The car line up was a breeze. We drove up to the port to drop are baggage. Carnival directed us to the drive to the parking garage. We jumped onto a Shuttle bus standing by to recover passengers. Dropped off in front of the Terminal. Cleared custom and easily boarded. Hardly any wait at all.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The ship was amazing! Food, drinks, restaurants and buffets were define. Definitely better than a Meal Ready to Eat!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
This was my second cruise. I was still absorbing being a new recruit. We enjoyed the pool, Spa, Gym and ventured the entire ship.

Guest Services / Shore Excursions

Amazing staff! patient, kind, helpful, understanding and all around super at what they do! Both of us where super stoked about being able to ride this ship!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Latin music was our favorite! We spent some time watching performers who were amazing dancers.

Children's Programs

We didn''t bring our older children. I did however popped in to play a few games. I played the Pinball and time basketball throw.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Great service! I will be honest, It was a bit difficult navigating around being the new recruit. I was quickly able to find staff to point me in the right direction. They were all kind, generous and helpful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I really didn''t like the elevator. I Stopped at every floor and not by accident!! I was sometimes the only rider.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We chose this cabin just to see what it would be like. It was an inside cabin. The cabin was center of the ship near the bar. Made my day by quickly walking to my room and not having to getting lost finding a bathroom.

Ship tip

New recruit should sign up for Faster to the Fun! This made our life so much easier and not having to wait in line. Our baggage made it to our room before us.

Ports of call

Charleston, South Carolina

5 out of 5
The port was so easy to navigate into and out of. getting there was a breeze and driving home made things so easy! Great Shuttle service and parking in a warehouse that was secure eased our comfort level. I would do this cruise again!

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
We booked an excursion through Carnival. On and off the ship was easy. We lined up line cattle and walked over to the pontoon. Luckily we avoided some of the solicitor. Overall, I thought the Port was clean and fun.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Another reason why We continue to book our cruises! Carnival really puts a lot of thought to motivate us. There much thought a care for the passengers enjoyment. Even though most passengers are aggressively dyeing to get off.
