Review summary
Been on many cruises (17) this was the worst conditioned ship ever. As mentioned staff was very nice in making cabin correct. Would NOT go on this ship again! Should be retired or completely refurnished/made over, hard to start a cruise this way. Carnival did make (corporate) adjustments, after we complained, staff on ship were excellent, fixing/attitude on the situation. But never again on this ship.Embarkation
