Horrible definetaly not worth $800. This was the worst cruise out of all 7 I have been on. I was very dissatisfied

Pools not clean and put of service for a full day at sea. Fitness center smell like mildew. Windows had hard dirt stains you could not see out them. Smoking section is out side and all along the sides mildew water. The cover was held up with duct tape

DJ was awsomeawsome. Quest game was good but royal Caribbeans was way better. Broadway show was dumb just bunch people singing songs. Nothing exciting

Best service was my room attendant. Bar services horrible we waited 3hours for a waiter to come up to smoking section 3 different days we had yo find the bar staff supervision to complain numerous times. Restaurant staff was great. Staff on lido restaurant lazy and tables stayed dirty spent a lot of time walking around to find a clean empty table. I asked where the bathroom was waiter said over there and walked away. Guess services was so rude and mean. Didn't want to help. It took another passenger on line at guess services to say the paint was horrible before they believe me they even sent staff to my room to confirm and they still didn't believe. Lady at guess services said to me its probably not that bad..... Also the sewage backed up my room the elevators the halls smell like poop. No one (staff) didn't care

This ship was so dirty I have pics. And ruined my birthday because maintenance was panting where my room was and the fumes gave me such a migraine I had to sleep in my brother room for one night then was sick the next day. Ship smell poop all over the place.

We booked a room with a port hole window that is NOT what we got. No refrigerator safe didn't work.
We went for an 8 day cruise on the Ecstasy. The ship is older, but we'll maintained food was great the staff were great. We found the ship to be very clean. We picked the Ecstasy to try an older ship, it a classic would go on her again.
We have been on 6 cruises and just went on the ecstasy in December and it was our least favorite the food was not great. We had a decent time but overall it wasnt that great compared to our other cruises with carnival.
