Review summary

The staff was great....the cruise director Kyndall Fire...she was fantastic!! I had an issue on board where my god daughter was excluded from an activity due to an age restriction that was NOT disclosed..when brought to Kyndall’s attention....she gave her a free build a bear!!! Kyndall also checked in on her at karaoke the next night....the service was exceptional !!! The crew was fantastic on the ecstasy!!
