Truly enjoyed the Chef's Table. If you enjoy fine dining and attention to detail this is an activity I recommend. Enjoyed the tour of the galley and the special menu created for us.
Had a great deal of fun and learned a lot at the Alchemy Bar's "Learn how to make a martini" activity.

Our stateroom Steward Michael was exceptional! Our Team Headwaiter Shiju, outstanding. Both went above and beyond the call of duty to assure every need was met. Gaya 3 from room service also knows the value of attention to detail and promptness.
If you are looking for honest feedback, the area of opportunity lies at your customer service desk....in particular Elena who when I needed help not once but twice regarding online activities I signed up for informed me that there was no info in the system regarding them and was willing to just let it go at that. I had to recommend or should I say strongly suggest she make a phone call to confirm. There were a couple of other times I stopped by the customer service desk with a concern and spoke with other representatives. Something as simple as a warm greeting and a smile can go a long way to diffuse a disenchanted customer.
