Review summary
My husband and I went on the ecstasy, 18 years ago for our honeymoon. So it was only appropriate to return on our 18th anniversary. Had just as much fun if not more. Already planning next cruise.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
We paid for the faster to the fun, which I will do again on our next cruise. It was easy and non stressful. Got right on the boat no waiting. During the cruise no waiting in lines. It was great.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
while the food was plentiful, the quantity in the main dinning rooms was lacking. We would eat dinner but two hours later we were hungry because the portions were small. After the second night we started eating at the buffets.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
LOVED all the on board shows. Bingo was a hit for my daughter.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Jeff Foxworthy was amazing as well as the nightly comedians
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
our steward for u117 was amazing. He made a point of remembering our names and always greeted us in the halls.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
while the ship was kept clean and neat. you could tell there was some wear and tear that needs addressing.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Loved being able to watch the water through the window. Made the rooms look more open and brighter.
Ship tip
take the stairs, forget the elevators. They were constantly breaking down, because of unsupervised kids would push all the buttons.
while my husband went on an excursion to kayak, my girls and I went and enjoyed a shopping trip around the dock and lunch at Senior Frogs. We had a great time!
