Review summary

Older ship showing signs of wear and tear.  Food was good, service was good and entertainment was good.  In all, had a very good trip.  Would take this ship again on a different route.

Try to get cabin near center of ship. We were up front and could feel a lot of motion.

This ship is going to dock for some TLC in just a couple of months! I went first week of may 2016 and will be back on the first week of may 2017. Can't wait to see the difference.

To me the wear & tear was mainly on the exterior. My only ship to compare it to is the Fantasy from about 18 months ago. They're basically the same ship from how they're laid out. I thought the Ecstasy actually showed more wear in terms of things like rusty external areas. I think the interior looked nice and I liked the decor on the interior of the Ecstasy better, but of course that's subjective.

What's the wear and tear? We thought some of the decor was dated or tacky, but that's not wear or tear. I've seen others say this, too, but I never saw anything like it. What exactly do you mean?
