Ok, granted this ship is the second oldest Carnival still have floating, so the 80s decor was somewhat expected. However, even though this cruise line is one of the most economical, it does not excuse the lack of customer service. Most of the crew look and act miserable about being there. The dining experience was beyond terrible. The food was overall mediocre. The only thing that deserves a high score is our cabin. We paid for the grand suite and it was super big, with plenty of room for our 2 kids to pay around (12 & 3 yr olds), and our room housekeeper (Romeo) was very attentive to our needs. Everything else needs improvement :(

We were super happy with it. Very roomy specially with 2 young kids with us. Very clean and Romeo our housekeeper was excellent. Only person with enough customer service discipline
