Review summary

Our Cruise was delayed due to fog in the port of galveston, tx. Carinval had no plan in place to manage this situation and they were rude to all of the customers. They made an annocement over a pa system that did not work. Our ship boarded at 2am the the 3rd day. They took us on a cruise to nowhere. We had a terrible experience.

Some of the staff were good. However most of them just wanted you to buy a drink so they could get gratuity.
