The food in the dining room was great. Service was perfect. The buffets on deck however were never good. Food was greasy and always cold.

Entertainment

Nothing to do for 3 days except gamble in the casino and have have dinner. Very few activities on the Lido deck...just not a happy time at all

Not very friendly. Our cabin steward did a great job however, I could not tell you his name or what he looked like. The crew members on deck were very mundane and barely visible....

The beds are horrible. There is a large hump in the middle where the 2 small beds are pushed together to make 1 queen bed. When we complained, they fist sent someone down to "see about it". We could not tell that they did anything. Customer Service called to ask if it was fixed and we tokd them no - nothing was done. They sent someone else down and I think they changed the mattresses. That did no good. Finally they agreed to look for a better bed. They called to tell us they had another room for us to look at. This bed was just as bad as ours. We told the rep that and he said all our beds are like this. They are all new beds but they dont go together very well! So basicaly we spent every night on the ship fighting our bed!

Pros: Finally getting off the boat

Cons: The bed and the LACK of entertainment

Recommends Carnival Ecstasy? No.
