Our appointment time was 1pm. I checked the status of the line at 12:30 and was able to get right on board in 10min! Our cruise last year took 40+min of miserable standing & waiting.

The food was ok. There were a couple of instances where the food was not fully cooked; ie: the signature melting chocolate was luke warm & soupy and the Pig & Anchor beans were crunchy. The "midnight buffet" was abysmal and should really be called the midnight snack line. Our cruise last year did not have a midnight anything, so it was at least a step up.

Our room steward Renato was great! The rest was ok and we had no major complaints.
Ship Quality

We did notice that it appeared there was no disinfecting spray/rinse being used to wipe down the tables as each guest left. My cruise mate said she was stuffy while in the room. We did NOT appreciate the overall garish design theme of the Dream. Over all though we had no major complaints.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was slightly smaller than our cabin last year. It did have an ever so slight musty smell that kept my girlfriend stuffy during the nights. Our room steward Renato did a great job! The bed(s) were comfy enough but we didnt like the "marshmellow" feathery feel of the pillows. They either didnt provide enough support or too much jacking my neck out of alignment leaving me stiff in the mornings.
Ship tip
Yes definitely book excursions early. READ THE REVIEWS!! Make sure the dates of the reviews are NOT 4 or more years old. I purposely didnt go on the "tubing" excursions because they made people "link up" by putting feet under arms. I would NOT enjoy smelling someone's wet stanky shoes not to mention the rubbing/chaffing under my arms.
We had a couple of issues with the "new" Hub appointment kicked us out after we booked a time. Last year we were nearly the last ones off the boat and I had to wait in line for 40+min to get through ID check. This time we sailed right through in 10min!
