Overall a good cruise not the best but very relaxing and much needed.

Not bad. first time taking the charter from hobby airport to the port, flight was early so I had a wait. The carnival people did a good job, they arrived around 845am and has us on the bus by 955am, arrived at port before 11am and I was on ship by noon.

All around the food was good at all places. The only complaint is they open the morning buffets too late, not till 7-730am on most days. I miss the 6am times. I’m usually an early riser around 530am so I get in a few more coffee’s.

This place has gone downhill since the pandemic, I’m not sure where they get their buns but they need to go back to the Original Brioche bun, they can get them cause the deli place uses them on certain sandwiches. Several occasions I’ve went down there to get one.

Always cleaning, plus I had a few minor things come up but was able to get it fixed by guest services. Jessica divinagracia did a great job in getting them resolved fast. Only saw my steward 3times the whole week but he seemed very busy.

This cabin has 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower/ toilet and 1 with tub / counter. It also has a oceanview window.
Ship tip
Easy layout to get around ship, use deck 4,5 go length of ship.
Prices have gone up in most of these ports not surprisingly but you shouldn’t have to pay $9 for a coffee if it isn’t a Starbucks. There aren’t the deals in any of these ports anymore, skip and go in town to get better deals plus they will haggle the price.
Chaos times two,
it seems out of all the cruises I’ve took this was the worst disembarking. There was no organization it seems at all, everyone got congested on deck 2, you had people coming from all directions plus people getting off elevators on deck 2 to add to the confusion. These people were cutting the lines while everyone else were in some kind of lines. It seemed like you were in the ‘Running of the Bulls’ I’m just glad I had a later flight home. Maybe they need to just start letting people off by decks.
Put the luggage out the night before. Make your way to the lido enjoy a long leisurely breakfast and let all the BS clear. You end up getting off ship at about the same time with very little stress.
Great honest review. Debarkation is usually a 💩show. We have stopped self assisting and have gone back to putting our luggage out in the hall the night before. It cancels out our relaxing vacation if I am all pissed off at y’all, when I get off the ship. We aren’t in that big of a hurry.
Appreciate your detailed feedback. Debarkation has never been great. But when people don’t listen and do as they please, it worse. Glad you mostly enjoyed your cruise.
