Production shows were ok, walked out on 1. Solo Guitarist, Sheldon was great. Wild Embers was very good. Specialty show of rope tricks and whips was really fun.

Room was not ready for guests as we were moved since someone was already occupying our assigned cabin. We were a bit off since we did not actually get a cabin until 4:30 after two long waits in line a guest services. Our keys did not work, cabin steward did not try to get help, just sent us to wait again at guest services. Electronic lock was not working. Safe was faulty which meant we had to stay in room until they could replace. AC sporadic. Hot water disappeared on Wed, again Cabin steward could do nothing, we had to do it to get it fixed. Lights not all working, again cabin steward told us to call to get it fixed. We did get an upgrade from original cabin due to it being occupied.

Was on this ship last December. Our mini fridge was not cooling. Our steward was on top of the issue until maintenance brought a new one. We did remind him once but understood his work load. Ship was packed for Christmas.

The room steward it there to clean your room, not change light bulbs or fix locks. Sorry you had to wait in line but i am sure after you got in your room you could have called for Maintenance

Yikes, sorry about cabin, hot water, safe, A/C....glad you know what cruising is normally so that we didn't lose a cruise enthusiast. Next one will be sooo much better, I'm sure

Sorry you had a bad experience with your room. I will say your room stewards plate is full. They don't have the time to help with everyone's issues. They are limited as to what they can do.
