This was my 13 cruise and I'm not sure if it is just the COVID fatigue or what but the vibe was kinda off on the ship. This was my 3rd time on the dream and it was a downer. I was so excited to be cruising again!!

We had this awful super loud clanging noise in our room and did not sleep for 2 nights. They finally moved us to another balcony. Frustrating thing is we booked a back to back cruise in this room so we wouldn't have to move cabins well we had to move 3 times. And then found out other people before us had complained about the same issue and they still put us in that cabin. Now the ship was not full, why didn't they offer to move us before we got in our room to a different one. I have never had an issue with Carnival customer service but this team on the Dream at the front desk was awful. If it would have been my first cruise with Carnival I would not cruise with them again.
