Staff did a excellent job cleaning the common areas of the ship. Dining room food was very disappointing. Steakhouse was excellent food and service. The best stuffed mushrooms I have ever eaten!!!

diningroom food was cold, prime rib is not good cold! we fodd most nights the same dining room menu was also served in the buffet, and the food was atleast warm.

trivia was fun, but i could not understand the questions or answers part of the time, very heavy accent. Serenity deck was great, actually none of the decks or pools were crowded.
Entertainment

went to a couple shows and the first night it was so dark in the theater, you could not see the costume. the second night the show was great!
