Review summary

It was an amazing cruise with the exception of the ship having AC issues!! It was always hot throughout the ship, especially in venues and cabin rooms.

Chef’s table and the Steakhouse were amazing both food and staff!! Best meals we had onboard! MDR was not good food but staff were great! Buffet was good (normal buffet food). Guys burgers was super good! Pasta Bella was horrible. Guys Pig & Anchor was mediocre! Pizza was ok, nothing special. Room service coffee was cold at arrival!

Not impressed with the MDR. Food was not good. All the staff were great but poor food quality.

Onboard Activities

Lots of fun activities!! Lido pool was alot of fun!! We bought the spa day pass for the week and couldn’t utilize it because the two ladies at the front desk were horrible. Miranda was one of them!!

Entertainment

Comedians on board were top notch!! We went to every late night show!! Manny, Tom, Kelly, and Sebastian!! Amazing!! Ships stage shows were ok, definitely need improving!! Super hot in every venue so clearly the ship is having ac issues that need to be addressed. 60% capacity and hot everywhere on the ship is not normal!

Service and Staff

All the staff were amazing!! Shout out to Alonzo & Azul from housekeeping!! Bartenders at the Ocean Plaza Bar Theera and Iwan took great care of us and made awesome drinks!! Arnold our room steward needs to improve!!

Ship was very clean and crew was working daily cleaning everything walls, ceilings, etc…

Cabin was usual size but we enjoyed our balcony and the beds were amazing!! Again ac issues because it was always hot in our room but luckily we had fans!!
