Main dining room portion size was the worst I’ve ever seen on a ship. The quality was terrible. You couldn’t even order more than one appetizer our waiter told us. But yet we seen other tables being allowed to do.

The rest of the staff in the boat was rude and put out by having to help. And we were tippers. I’ve never been treated this way. Most definitely will never travel carnival again was our first and last. I spent about a 1,000.00 in your spa and then the give me a 50.00 coupon for my birthday so I took it down and the argued and said no I couldn’t use it except for port day. This is not what the coupon said. So yes I was not happy so the next two times I went to the spa they said, “Oh Regina Potter, yes I was told to keep you happy”. My husband and I said what does that mean and she said well I heard you got very upset with the staff. First of all I did not scream at anyone or make a scream or make a scene I simply told them the coupon didn’t say port day only. So the went in a room behind the check in station and said her manager said no I could not use the coupon. But for them to tell me they were to keep me happy was an insult.

The windows were filthy all over the ship. In the spa you couldn’t even see through the windows there at all in the sauna rooms. All so, no trash cans on this ship is unbelievable. And the cost of drinks were more expensive then our entire cheers package. The day we had to pay you sold 8 oz beer cans, the next day on cheers package we get 16 ounce aluminum bottles. Why weren’t we getting 16 ounces when you were charging 30.00 for those four beer cans. And to have someone tell me how much we can drink in a day is absurd. Your drink policy is a pure rip off

Mary done a good job, but never would take all the empty glasses out of our room they just kept stacking up.
awful we all did without anything to drink unless we were going to fork over cash. I understand things happen and fog kept us on the ship until 3:30 pm
Crabby complain much? You are definitely a bitter entitled grouchy Debbie Downer who sucks the life out of people. Please don't vacation anywhere EVER. You'll ruin it for people who actually enjoy life...🙄
We have done 3 cruises on Carnival and have never had any issues with the staff on any ship.I agree with portion size comment made by JT 1962 ,we as Americans eat entirely too much.I found the meals to be just enough without making myself miserable.Carnival obviously is not for you
Sorry you didn’t enjoy it. Sounds like cruising isn’t for you. Most enjoy it, but it’s not for everyone. I see complaints about the portion sizes in the dining room often. The portion sizes are what is recommended and what much of those in the world eat. Most Americans are used to portion sizes that are 2-3 times the recommended sizes and feel like they are being cheated when they are served sizes they should be eating.
