Due to fog we missed our flightand it cost us $1495.00 to book a new flights then had to get a hotel room to make flight in morning but flight got over booked twice another night in a hotel this sucks

Our room steward never changed our sheets he just maid the bed. I was sick and required our bathroom while he was cleaning it and he never came back to finish cleaning even though we had additional time on the cruise due to fog.

Only two of the hit tubs on the whole ship work correctly.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin it self was a nice size. However the bathroom shower has a large crack in two of the corners of it with mold.
Ship tip
Plan on the fact that your drink package doesn't work on day one of the cruise. Plan on not using hot tubs as anything but a pool.

So sorry for all your delays. We always take out travel insurance, we take it mainly Incase one of us would get sick but have never needed for that. The one time we did use was for a lost bag and they were very fair with us.
