it was my worst experience with carnival in over a dozen the hot tub in the amenities not working properly when you have backthe hot tub in the amenities not working properly when you have back inside of nerve pain is absolutely pathetic but then they want charge you $240 a couple to go get the spa treatment in the hot tub and spa. absolutely disgusted with the temperatures of the hot tub my body temperature was hotter

The scarlet dinning was great for dinner, brunch was a different story. During brunch you would die of thirst before you got a refill, and the the room was so cold your meal would get cold before you finished

I have back and sciatic nerve issues and couldn't find a decent hot tub on the boat. I called guest services they were very rude told me they were up to standards and hung up on me. The hot tubs were cool to the touch they did absolutely no good. due to the hot tub issues I have told my wife we are now Platinum but I'm thinking about going to another Cruise line because carnival standards are going downhill fast y'all care more about profits than y'all do taking care of y'all's customers on the boat

I couldn't even go to deck 5 due to the cigarette smoke from the casino. the floors had to be the most disgusting floors I've ever seen on a ship every single one of the tile floors in every room we're so greasy you couldn't hardly stand up including bathrooms lido deck the lido buffet every single floor was bad.I almost fell twice my wife busted her but once because the floors were so slippery and we were both wearing very good New balance shoes. This might be my last cruise with carnival.

AC wasn't very good but then again guest services says it's up to company standards and very rudely. look like I had a booger in my sink the whole entire cruise absolutely disgusting my wife couldn't even brush her teeth in the sink. Something outside my balcony rattled horribly with the wind don't have a clue what that was.
We docked at the old Port. And like I said before I have back injuries and have troubles with my legs with sciatic Nerve they paraded us all the way through the main lobby all the way down beside the dining room and back down the back door the dining room to get off the ship. When all we had to do asa platinum member is go out the back door the dining room and we would have been at the back door of the ship absolutely pitiful for them to put all the elderly in the crippled and handicapped do that type of treatment.
