Review summary

The carnival itself was amazing. All the staff on the ship was AMAZING.The price of the pictures was ridiculous and then they just threw them all away.. What a waist. The one thing Carnival needs to FIX is on the backside of the whole process. The billing is terrible, I went with some friends on this cruise, we all registered our own credit card numbers, first carnival charged it all to one of my friends accounts then they charged it all to my account, I am still currently working on getting all my money back where they charged my account double and then put all these holds on my account, Carnival really needs to get that part of it taken care of. When calling in multiple times to try and fix it takes for ever to get someone to help and like I said its still not fixed... The cruise itself was a lot of fun.

The dining room experience was FANTASTIC! Our servers, Clifford and Petu were amazing and did such a great job every night, Petu deserves a promotion for sure!! All the food was great, definitely enjoyed the pizza every night!! The only thing that could have been better would be if there was a Waffle House on the ship!!

The pools could have been a little bigger, they were always crowded. Enjoyed the sauna, laying out on the back of the ship, and enjoyed the hot tubs!

I did not take my kids on a cruise but I did tour all the kids areas and watched some of the activities, we will definitely be taking our kids on a cruise!

Service and Staff

Our room steward was awesome, ketu was his name, he was very kind and we always had a clean room!! The bartenders, Igor, Grace, Izzie, and Verdan all need a raise!! They were so much fun and did an amazing job taking care of everyone. They were always so busy but for sure made you feel special!! Our servers at dinner deserve a promotion for sure, Petu and Clifford. We loved them.They took such good care of us!!

Ship tip

Make sure to plan on money for the first day of the cruise for drinks. Your Cheers package does not start until the second day of the cruise which sucks.

Loved Cozumel, never felt uncomfortable at all. We went to Mr Sanchos for the day and it was so much FUN!! The ocean was amazing, we had Salvador as our waiter and he pampered us all day long!!! I highly recommend Mr Sancho's!!!

We just got off right at the ship and shopped a little, free tequila shots everywhere!! Did not feel very comfortable so we got back on the ship pretty quick!

Great review! Did you try the sea day brunch? I always eat in the main dining room for breakfast and it's my favorite meal! Glad you enjoyed! Bummer about the bill!! :( 🛳❤️🏝

When you gave carnival your credit card info- did you link other cards? That's all I can think of for that to happen. We call our bank ahead of time- no holds ever for us and we use debit as we don't have credit cards.
