Review summary
Ship Staff was awesome and all services were friendly and very helpful. Went 3 nights to formal dinning. Food was good but cold EVERY time. The first night they took notes about cold food but next 2 times we went same cold. Plus they now have sur charge if you want lobster or crab....that's just wrong! Luggage was lost boarding and leaving then they broke handle on the leaving it was 2 pieces lost that time. Got locked out of our room key cards stopped working they had to replace battery but whole process took over an hour. I have hard time walking and use a scooter. I really needed in my room. I have been on several ships by Carnival but would not go again on Dream.Embarkation
