Review summary

This was my first cruise, and wasn’t too sure what to expect. Turned out to be a great vacation, with tons to do on the ship for kids and adults separately or together as a family. Never a dull slow moment, unless you wanted one. As many people as were on the ship, it was still easy to find some quiet time when needed. Definitely did not feel overly crowded - except for at the elevators when everyone would try to get off the ship.

There was always something to do. My 8 year old who is normally glued to a tablet, did not even pull it out for the duration of the trip.

We saw the PG rated comedy shows - although the material was a little cheesy, it was a great time. Very thankful for the family friendly shows like this.

I enjoyed the fact that this is not a “touristy town”. Had a different feel than Cozumel. I heard many complaints that it was ugly or boring, but we appreciated the different personality that this area has. Go in with an open mind & you can really enjoy this stop.

We did the Twister Boat to Isla Pasion. Great ride & Beach day. There was some seaweed, but not so much it deterred anyone from getting in the water. I heard from other cruisers that Mr Sanchos was clear of seaweed because of its location. We wanted the twister boat ride, though & had a blast.
