My room steward Imade was great and Paul our waiter in the Scarlet dinning room was awesome he was always the highlight of our day.

The room was comfortable and roomy. However we did find a bed bug in our room and my grandson in 1294 was bit numerous times in their room

Take bedbug spray with you . It is odorless and works well. Love the Dream and Carnival

Did they do anything about the bedbug problem? sailing on it next Febr, haven't had that problem on any cruises yet....
