Not always, but yes... we have had that... food and bar. I was very impressed with the Fantasy, food and bar! Great service! Best ship food we have had. My daughter just said the Dream is still her favorite ship..... but she is not bar age. She has had that experience with food, but just got something else. Always something good to eat somewhere.

Found the food to be very disappointing usually cold or stale. Bar staff was mostly inept. The smaller bar locations have the best staff and service
