Review summary

The start of the cruise was very very stressful because they could not find my husband's medicine Corey Smith and they took forever and we kept talking to the same people and given them the same person name and no one can find it then the doctor made one call and the person answer the phone and said that he recieved it. I talked to one young lady at least 3 times and she kept saying she's going to call me back and every time she call me back he had no clue who the person was that was very stressful. After that we had a beautiful cruise they got the medicine there everything was awesome and everybody was very nice and pleasant

Adi was my room steward and he was Awesome in every way possible I love his customer service he was the man. My waiter in the scarlet room was Edgar love Edgar best customer service I've had in a long time he was awesome he remembered everybody's name please give them a excellent tip. Adi and Edgar was Awesome they rock.😘😘😘😘

The cabin was very clean the beds were comfortable the view was OK I was very. I love it I also loved the make up counter it was awesome

Be patient because there's a lot of people on the ship and know that the people that Serve you on the ship work hard on this ship to help you have a great time. So pack your patience

We went ATV ride in Jamaica was beautiful and the people were great friendly everyone customer service was awesome I loved everything about it would do it again and again. The place where I went ATV riding was chukka the people there Awesome

We went to 7 mile beach the food was awesome and people were friendly and the food was good

Went on it to kill it's were we were going to go to the beach but it rain but I toward I was awesome I cannot remember his name right now but he was so pleasant so nice and explained everything about Cozumel in a culture it was beautiful

Lesson learned you will place it in your carry on and don't let it out of your sight medications are extremely important and your suitcase could have gone astray.. so it was unnecessary stress for you glad everything worked out for you ...

Glad it all worked out; that is stressful. However, they do tell us to bring our meds in our carryon. Next time you will know. Or maybe I am not understanding. Before the cruise or after y'all boarded... This reminds me, I should pack an inhaler 😬.
