Review summary

This was not our first cruise but it was definitely our worst cruise. Rude staff and dirty cabins that smelled like sewage. It was not the quality that I had become accustomed to from previous cruises.

Our cabin was filthy when we got to our room. Walls splattered with dried soda. Constant sewage smell and it was not resolved the entire cruise. We told multiple staff members but it seemed to fall on deaf ears and was never addressed.

Being acosted by beggars when we were trying to get back to our boat was scary and unnerving. No security from Carnival to deter this activity

We booked our excursion through Carnival. The excursion it’ was amazing but we were walked almost a mile to the excursion and then left. No follow up and the person taking us was not interactive with the group. She walked way to fast and I we had difficulty keeping up.

We were on deck 6. Where our room was there wasn't a sewerage smell. But every time we walked down the hallway I would always tell my husband, how do these people deal with the shit smell. It was pretty bad.

I believe parking is dictated by the port not the cruise line.
