Service and Staff

Juliana, the Jr. Hostess was great, she was helpful, friendly and she was definitely the captain of our wait staff. The waitress Shanaia was friendly, gave us excellent service and answered our questions about some of the more exotic menu items. Our room steward Montegue? was very nice. He kept our room neat and clean. We also enjoyed the towel animals.

Ship tip
Get to know your waiters and dining room staff. They have a wealth of information on the cuisine
The Chichen Itza tour was great. Yes, we went on a ferry, then a bus, but the ruins were worth the bother. The Chichen Itza ruins are much better than the Tuluum ruins.
