All the food was above expected except the pasta bar - absolutely gross with super watered down sauce. Compared to other Carnival Ships, it felt as though the buffet was very limited and laid out weird.

Onboard Activities

This ship seemed to have less activities than other Carnival ships (trivia and games). We very much enjoyed what was offered though.
Cloud 9 Spa

The services offered by the spa are always top notch but the staff is extremely pushy with trying to sell extra products. They keep on and on, even when you have said no. They almost insult you if you say no multiple times. I am paying double the normal price for a particular service, do not try and sell me products that have nothing to do with that service. I am considering never booking a service in the spa again based on these practices.
Thalasso Pool
5 out of 5
If you can get a spa suite or pay for the daily pass - 100% worth it. After a day in the sun, there was nothing more relaxing then sitting in the thalasso. It was never busy - in fact, I never saw more than 1 or 2 other people in it. The steam rooms were also nice. Very clean.
Jackpot Casino

Most of the staff of the casino were super fun. The casino had plenty of options to play and many opportunities for tournaments.
Entertainment

All the entertainment on board was excellent with the exception of 1 of the musicians that performs on the smaller stages. The Flying Scotsman (Chris) is the best Director.
Service and Staff

Staff always go above and beyond to accommodate whatever you need. I wish there were more waiters that would take orders from the serenity deck.
Ship Quality

overall the ship was well maintained. I went during spring break and seemed that plates of food and drinks were left all over the place and it took a bit for staff to clean up.
Cabin / Stateroom

loved this cabin. it was comfortable and clean and a convenient location - especially to the Serenity Deck.
Not much around the port - but there is a small strip of shops right there. We did the Bamboo Rafting down the Martha Brae. It was a short 20 mins or so from the port. One of my favorite tours I have ever done. So relaxing
