we had a great cruise. we came with friends of ours, one had not cruised before and the other had not cruised for over 20 years. we all had a great time. they loved it as well and we are planning our next one.

always plenty of food. the service for bartenders is usually slow because there are so many people waiting for drinks. which is fine. my only thought is maybe it would help them if carnival would get the machines for the frozen drinks as they are so time consuming to make and is what is usually putting the bartenders behind.

loved the lip sync battle. it was very fun and entertaining. thought the cruise director Brandon could have done better. he was not as involved as i have seen other directors so that was a disappointment. on our Belize day he sat at the front with a microphone but it was like he was still sleeping. barely spoke except to announce the excursions. also thought that the groove for st. jude he should have been entertaining the crowd and getting them involved with the cause trying to get people excited and not just standing in the line.

comedy, production play lists musicians all great. was disappointed on the trivia and activities in the ocean plaza. there were lots on port days but not so much on sea days. most of the fun squad not as high energy and entertaining as i have seen on other ships in getting the crowd involved.

everyone very friendly and did a good job. Yuli was our steward and he was very helpful and even got me a new mattress for the bed because it was so bad.
this was a great port. we did the altun ha ruins and only thing was wish could spend more time at the ruins and at the port. this excursion was so long we did not have much time at port to look around at all.
went fairly well. just don't understand why all the elevators are taken out of service so waiting to get on because we self embark with all our luggage doing the stairs is impossible.
