Western Caribbean cruise with ports in Cozumel, Belize, and Isla Roatan. Loved every minute of it and am looking forward to our next cruise!

Well organized, helpful, and processes was smooth. Had immediate access to most of the ship (rooms not included), and felt very little pressure of being at a certain place at a certain time.

Dining room food and staff were excellent! It was the place to be at night. Our servers Ika and Avil went above and beyond, ensuring the table's patrons were served, happy, and satisfied. They were excellent wait staff...and can dance too!!
The buffet was scarce at best. The salad bar was pretty measly, and options were few. The food at the buffet was edible, but nothing to write home about.
And the sushi...a definite miss. Over priced and lack of options left us wanting some sort of diversity. I understand it is a cruise ship, but if you are limited to 4 fish and a ton of veggies for sushi, it might be wise to consider a different venue.

Good food, timely seating, friendly wait staff. We had an unexpected opportunity to try new foods (escargot and frog legs).
Onboard Activities

Fitness center was adequate in what I used it for. Plenty of equipment to chose from which meant I wasn't waiting long to use a machine. They gave out free sani-cloths to wipe the machines down, thank God, as I was a sweaty mess. Which leads me to why I gave it 4 stars...it was waaay too hot in there and minimal air was being circulated.

Super smokey in here (as you'd expect from a casino) which kept me out. As an ex-smoker, I find that smell repulsive and offensive. Would be nice if there was a smoke free casino. Do they even make those anymore?
Entertainment

We loved the entertainment from the comedy shows, to the on stage performances. We appreciate the rotation of the comics half way through the cruise as we had fresh material on the second half of thr cruise.
Service and Staff

Our room steward was Noordam. He did a great job ensuring our room was functional, clean, and had plenty of towels. We aren't the cleanest of guests so his work was cut out for him! He gave us great towel puppets that made us smile every tijme we entered the room.
Ship Quality

The elevators were frustrating at best!! I'm not one to normal take elevators, but after a day long excursion filled with walking, stairs were the lastt thing on our mind. Still, waiting for the elevator to come pick us up was a joke. It consistently bypassed our floor, were consistently full, and didn't haved room for more than 2 motorized wheel chairs. We wound up taking the stairs more often than not due to the frustrations of waiting.
Still, the ship was clean and there never was a shortage of staff cleaning up after everybody. I heard rumor of a Noro virus outbreak toward the end of the cruise, but againnni believe it was a rumor. I did notice the instances of people coughing and suffering from a cold increased significantly at the end of the cruise. Not necessarily something Carnival can control as it only takes one person.
Cabin / Stateroom

Clean, small, sufficient. Ran short on storage (for luggage and dirty clothes) so we wound up combining our luggage and dirty clothes together. All that sat on the couch waiting to come home.
Ship tip
Download the app in order to attend all the activities you enjoy. Bring an extra $200 for gratuities even if you pre-pay. The wait staff work their butts off and should be rewarded.
Disorganized, rushed, and need more than one line to exit ship. Disembarkation took a little over half hour and seemed like it was an "every person for themselves!!" situation.
