Overall this was the worse one yet the ship needs refurbished, food needs to be cooked longer and not rush it, stewards need to be nicer. I have been on 3 and I am booked to go again in April 2018 maybe things will be better then.

The dining room was ok we did however order chicken a few times and it was not cooked all the way the middle was raw. We also tried the pasta bar and chicken was raw in the middle we asked them to recook it and the second time it was raw again. So we gave up! They need more of a selection for breakfast. Maybe biscuits and gravy or tomato gravy.

Our kids loved the slides and putt putt golf and the shows was awesome we loved them. Comedy club was also funny we enjoyed them also

Service and Staff

Was not pleased with our room steward his name was Alwyn was kinda rude at times our room had the same towel animal for first couple of days. This was our third cruise on the Dream and I have to say this was the worst service we had gotten.
Ship Quality

I’ve noticed the ship is starting to crack in some places the carpet was coming up in our room and some of the bathrooms I used around the ship had cracks in the floor and water was coming out of the floor. I know the ship just came out of dry dock but it could really use a refurbishment on some things.
Cabin / Stateroom

Carpet is coming up underneath the counter by the safe, the TVs need to be upgraded we had problems with ours the remote wouldn’t work had to get a new one twice while we was there. The wood railings on the balcony need to be stained again they are rough feeling and tarnish is coming off.
Ship tip
Don’t eat the chicken and bring snacks because you get tired of eating the same food everyday.
It was good the only thing is we were zone 4 so means we can get off the ship early we was scheduled to get off the ship at 8:15 and didn’t get off till way after 9:00 because they let the people caring their luggage off first where they need to let priority people off first and the ones caring their luggage off go after your zone priority people. So that really ticked me off because we had someone picking us up who had to keep driving in circles till we got off the ship. That was frustrating
Kids clubs are free unless you want late night babysitting. We carried our luggage off and was in our car by 7:45. I do agree that the tvs need updated.
