It exceeded all of my expectations! the food was great, the staff went above and beyond for us, the excursions were so much fun! This was my very first cruise and the best vacation I've ever had!

Our room steward was amazing!!! He remembered our names and he was always so nice. I forgot his name but we were in floor #2 even # cabins. Our favorite bartenders were at the casino. David, Nana, and Marypaz were so great and they told us jokes and always remembered my husbands favorite drink. I sure hope they know how much we appreciate them! In the crimson dining room, we had Eddie and Louis. They were awesome. Eddie did magic tricks and they both kept our drinks filled and brought our food our quickly. We looked forward to seeing them every night. Tetiana helped us at guest services and she was the sweetest! She sent notes to our room every day and even sent strawberries one day! We always said hello when we saw her and she remembered us. She has a great personality. The whole staff was great and everyone was so friendly

The bed was not as comfortable as we hoped but it didn't bother us too much. The room was much bigger than I expected and I loved having a bathtub. The cabin was always clean thanks to our awesome steward

Always have an itinerary so you know what's going on and please be friendly to the staff!! They are working long hours to make your vacation memorable

We loved it! We did the stingray sandbar and snorkeling! It was so much fun

We did an excursion but I can't remember the name! It was a house on the beach and we layed out in the sun all day and had unlimited drinks. They served us lunch and even did a cooking presentation. We even got to go snorkeling!! So much fun!! The staff was great too!
