It was disappointing due to the dinning service and bar service, and Spa, and horrible neighbors. I could not recommend the cruise to you. Two of the three ports are great but Belize needs a lot of improvement.
I was extremely disappointed with the spa. I feel I did not get what I paid for.
The dinning food was great but the service was the worst I have ever had on a Carnival cruise.

I signed up for anytime dinning. Terrible service all nights but 1. Food was great but sitting at the table crammed by the aisle was annoying to have waiters dashing by and not noticing us was disappointing.
The two bars at the pool completely ignored us and this is unacceptable service the three times were attempted to get a drink. Bar service in the casino was so slow I cancelled my order after 20-30 minutes waiting and asking for it three times.

The pools were so crowded with screaming kids I did not attempt to swim or lounge. I purchased a cloud nine spa package to use the spa facilities and three of the spa room were shut down for maintenance. The mineral hot tub had a lot of soap skum and tiles were missing. The hot chairs had many that did not work. Maintenance needs to get busy and not leave a mess during operating hours.
I had scheduled a sea weed wrap and the employees were at a training session and were 25 minutes late returning. I was told I would need to reschedule, so I simply cancelled due to the bad service.
I had the face service, (look 10 years younger )and got a giant bruise on my face which look horrible. The lady gave me some make up which still did not cover the dark purple bruise. I did not buy any pictures due to this. My lips do not look even from the filler and I showed the Lady Doctor and she stated they did. They are not even on the top and bottom lips. I should have received a discount on a large refund.
I ordered the teeth whitening kit and it still has not arrived. I spent a great deal of money on services in the spa and I am very disappointed by all this.

The shower outside drain was clogged and the sink drained very slow. Everything else was fine.
The neighbor on one side had the loudest kids that screamed and cried and bumped the walls every time they were in the room.
The neighbor across got in a loud verbal screaming match twice and was terrifying. I had to call security.
This made me very nervous in the hall. I did not feel safe.
If the spa keeps pushing, that’s a sign for you to push back. Be firm, tell them no. They’re like sharks-they sense weakness and they move in. That’s they job.
As for crappy neighbors-did you complain?
Last time I was on the Dream MDR service was slow as well. And I don't do the spa anymore, ie, massages, facials..ect, because of the sales pitch at the end. But I enjoy the thermal pool and steam rooms.
