We have been on many cruises and enjoy the places we visit on the various islands and ports the most. There is always something to do on the ships if you want to or just relax. Thankfully Harry our trip advisor did not steer us wrong when we ended up booking this trip with Carnival. We have gone on different cruise lines and Carnival has been OK but not our favorite for several reasons. Thankfully Dream changed my mind and we had a really good trip and experience. I would recommend to others. The staff was very attentive, the Cruise director was great-not sure when he slept-and overall just a very good trip. The food was prepared as we liked and the beds have always been very good. Thanks for a great trip.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food was good and they prepared as we liked. Knew our drinks after first meal. Everyone was good. This is the first time the guys drinking coffee sometimes had to ask for refill and that was done quickly when asked. No complaints. The staff work really hard and just think so busy can not do as much as in the past. Maybe less staff as we had 2 main people at our table where int he past it was 3 or 4 but service was still excellent.

Cabin crew was good. I am sure over the years things have changed.
Cabin / Stateroom

We used to have the cabin cleaned in the morning and then a sheet pull down at night with the towel art and mint on the bed. While just once a day cleaning now it was good.
Ship tip
Everyone loved Guys burgers. It was the best and wished we could cater from there for events at home. Everyday someone in our group was there at least once for a meal.
Time constraints due to exclusion and having to tender in was an issue. We were quite a distance from the mainland which made it harder to go to the mainland. Before we were not so far out so time was not so much of an issue to get to the mainland.
