Review summary

Evening dinners and service was very good.  Gerardo in the Crimson restaurant was just outstanding with helping my wife with her special diet restrictions.  He had a great attitude and was very sincere.

For entertainment, "Motown" and "Flix" were very good.  The entertainment on the other evenings was just average.

It's obvious that Carnival has trained all of their staff to smile, be very friendly and always strive to provide great customer service.

Onboard Activities

Gym was excellent. Not many great activities during the day for a couple in mid-sixties.

Entertainment

Only the "Motown" and "Flix" shows were great. Most other entertainment was average.

Cabin / Stateroom

Only annoyance is having only one electrical outlet. Satisfied with room cleanliness and service from steward.

Ship tip

Talum ruins guide was very good in explaining history. But overall the trip isn't worth the high cost. The Belize orphanage trip with general touring was worth the price (especially since some of the proceeds go to the school). The Honduras beach/snorkling stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.
