Review summary

The ship was nice. The cruse director did a great job. The entertainment was good, but a bit heavy on the Motown/Detroit side as that was featured in two of the three musical shows. Kids' area was nice with 2 water slides. Glad Guy's Burgers was added to this ship. Also enjoyed the new bbq place, although seating there was scarce. As usual, didn't see our cabin attendant much -- that experience went away long ago with automatic tipping. She did a good job keeping it cleaned and towels supplied, though. Food was the usual Carnival fare -- it's good, but if you've cruised in the last couple of years, you'll see the same menus. I'd like to see more variety. Ports: Grand Cayman and Cozumel were great. Didn't enjoy Montego Bay -- Jamaica just never seems to do it for me.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. First time with a "cove balcony." Will likely go back to regular balcony in the future -- view was not as nice.

Don't understand why you went to Jamaica when you knew ahead of time it was not for you. I saw my Stewart every day 2 or 3 times a day and he called us by our names each time he saw us. If you are not a Motown/Detroit fan again why go to these shows, pick some other Entertainment. We americans honestly believe we are suppose to have it our way or no way. This cruise had something for us all and all you can do is point out what you think things should be like, not what it should be for a ship of Multi cultural people. Great way to show your. Red White and Blue me and nobody but me.
