Review summary
On the positive side, I loved the staff. Waiters, cabin stewards. The staff you meet around the ship were great. Friendly, helpful and positive. One the negative I was shocked how bad the food had gotten on Carnival in the last two years. It was the level of Bob Evans and Applebee's, when you expect more than that. Hash browns at breakfast were worst than McDonalds. Bread was made from frozen (we asked). The only thing I got excited about was the snails one night and Pumpkin Sweet Potato pie. The rest was forgettable. They advertised Guy Fieri but it wasn't there. Also the ship for it's size (130,000 gt) has tiny elevators and not enough of them, Poorly placed columns and too many photogs blocked the promenade deck every night. My wife is disabled and had to use a scooter and many times it was very difficult to get around. There is not a comfortable chair on the entire ship. Too small, too low, uncomfortable and difficult to get up from. We opted for our cabin instead of decks because it was difficult to find a place to relax and read. Also I found many areas of the ship very smoky. Open smoking in Casino made that difficult and there were too many places on deck where you had to suffer through smoke. My other biggest criticism was lack of bar staff. It was difficult to get a drink. Never enough people around getting drink orders. I'm also disillusioned with the fact that every port (we went to Cozumel, Belize City and Roatan have turned into nearly identical shopping areas featuring the same shops. My wife's disability made it hard to us to get a cab and to to the real port, so we had little or not interaction with locals. Something we always enjoyed. On NCL a couple years ago we could go right into the cities.

Ship tip
Definitely go to the comedy club. The PG show is real PG (which my wife suggested we go to) but very funny.
